Red River Music Company's Family:

Red River Music Company (RRMC) opened its doors at 210 W. Main Street, Heber Springs, Arkansas on November 1, 2007. We are a full service music store.  We service and sell both new and used equipment, including acoustic and electric guitars, banjos, dulcimers, chordharps, mandolins, acoustic and electric basses, upright basses, resonators (dobro and squareneck), lap steel guitars, keyboards and digital pianos, electronic drums and violins.   We offer accessories such as guitar straps, picks, care items, instrument amplifiers, instrument chords, instrument cases and other items.  We service and sell sound reinforcement equipment and also offer installation.  We also offer video installation for churches and other organizations.  We are the ideal music store for the beginner.  Music lessons are available in variety, including voice, piano, guitar and other stringed instruments, harmonica and drums.

RRMC is owned and operated by Rick and Melisa Gardner. Both Rick and Melisa are natives of Heber Springs. Rick's background is in business; he is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, and worked for twenty years in the professional services sector and manufacturing. He is a music enthusiast and enjoys playing music whenever he gets a chance. Rick's wife Melisa is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. She is currently the Children's Music Director at the First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs and also teaches piano. The Gardners have three children who are also involved in the business and are music enthusiasts as well. Matthew, age 16, plays guitar and saxaphone. Will, age 13, sings and plays the mandolin and trumpet. Jack, age 10, sings and plays the piano and guitar. Will has been singing since the age of 6 and has competed in talent shows in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee. Jack has been singing since before he could talk.

RRMC is located in Heber Springs, Arkansas, just 75 miles north of Little Rock on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. We consider Heber Springs to be one of the best kept secrets in the world. Greers Ferry Lake is a 40,000 acres man-made lake and is considered to be one of the cleanest lakes in the US.
