The Gardner Boys are an upbeat, harmonizing, entertaining sensation. They are in demand not only in the Heber Springs area, but across Arkansas. They specialize in gospel music, but also wow their audience with folk and old rock favorites. Will, 14, and Jack, 10, have been singing together for six years to recorded music. They have appeared at the Little Opry Theatre in Branson, MO, on Channel 7's "Daybreak," and at countless worship services, civic events, and festivals. Will has been a vocal winner at the Arkansas State Fair for two years in a row and was 2006 2nd Sweepstakes Winner at the Mid South Fair in Memphis. Last year, the two boys decided to pick up their mandolin and guitar and accompany themselves. Their older brother, Matthew, 16, joined them with his guitar, and their father Rick accompanys them on the stand-up bass. They were regular performers this past summer at the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View. This past October the boys won the variety category at the Arkansas State Fair Talent Competition. The Boys recorded a CD, "The Gardner Boys: Our Gospel Favorites Vol. 1," which is now available (to order, go to www.rrmcark.com/oddsnends.htm ). They are currently working on their next CD to be released in the Spring of 2010. For more information or for bookings, contact Red River Music Company at (501) 362 - 7735.
